Need a NEW Laptop Battery?

Parent – this announcement was posted on the HUB for students:

We are aware that many laptops have received batteries that do not hold a charge. Make sure the charger is fully plugged and that the laptop charges overnight before reporting the issue. If you have already done this, proceed with the form to request a replacement battery.  If you have other laptop related issues besides the battery, please complete the Student Help Desk Ticket on the HUB dashboard.
