Class of 2023 Senior Photos

To appear in the 2023 senior section, you must be photographed with Prestige Portraits. They will be on campus onAug.11 & Aug.12.

If you are unable to make the campus dates, please call 1-877-244-9873 to schedule at our Sugarland studio.

  • Yearbook pose provided at no charge or choose from the optional sessions below

Tux/Drape and Cap & Gown are provided. Bring a tank top for drape or a clean white t-shirt for the tux picture. Limit of 1 guest allowed per senior due to limited space.

  • NHS Collar available with proof of membership. Session fee is due at the camera, change
  • not available – please have correct amount. Cash, check (made payable to Prestige), and all
  • major credit/debit cards accepted.
  • Session Fee does not apply to order and is non-refundable. Proofs and order information available in approximately 2-3 business weeks. Portraits are in addition to session fee and range from $49.00 - $529.00
50th Anniversary Celebration Update


As you may know, Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions will turn 50-years old this year.  Since its inception in 1972, DeBakey HSHP has maintained its mission and core values and continues to be an institution that produces high performing, college-ready students.  We will celebrate this momentous occasion in October 2022 at the Health Museum of Houston.  A silent auction will be held that evening, and we are asking our community for donations.

If you have access to a good or service that you would like to donate towards the silent auction in October, please click on the link below and complete the Google form. We are also accepting monetary donations via the form as well.

The 50th Anniversary planning committee is currently finalizing the list of events for the last weekend of October. More information will be forthcoming soon! We are excited to share the updates with you!

Class of 2026 Viper Camp - Donations Needed!


On August 3rd and 4th, the school will be hosting our Class of 2026 students for Viper Camp 2022. This event gives incoming students a chance to learn more about the school, get to know other students and get a preview of extracurricular activities held at DeBakey.


If you would like to donate snacks and/or bottled water for the students, items can be dropped off at the front office, Mon-Thurs from 8AM-4PM. Please let the front office know the donations are for Viper Camp.

Summer Assignments Reminder


Please remind your students to check the Summer Assignments 2022 Webpage to ensure they have their work completed before the start of the school year.
