LAST CALL: HOSA Snack Donations

Several HOSA students will be heading to State competition in Round Rock from 3/28-3/30. Please consider donating snacks and meals for our students and sponsors.

The requested items should be marked for HOSA and left in the front office by Monday 3/27. Participants will leave for the competition on Tuesday morning.

One more week of Pizza Time!!

Pizza time is wrapping up on Friday March 31^st.

The Pizza Kits are to raise money to assist with field day activities, teach appreciation events, club sports, HOSA competitions and many other ways your donations to the PTO help our school.

The provided link can be sent to your friends and family so they can buy delicious pizza kits and support our fundraiser. Pizza Kits will be delivered directly to their home by FedEx, so send the link to your out of state family and friends, too.

Every kit we sell earns $6 profit and makes a big impact.

We have one more week to reach our goal of 40 kits sold.

Bi-District UIL One Act Play

DeBakey students were stars on stage at the Bi-District UIL One Act Play. Congrats to Sonia Josi for the All-Star Technician Medal, Chizara Idika, Diego Villatoro, & Tamia Bobadilla for their well-deserved All-Star Cast awards.

Varsity Volleyball Volunteers

Mihir Relan

Mihir Relan (right), Junior from Debakey and his partner Yash Semlani, Junior from Carnegie, qualified for the International Science Fair last night by earning 1st place at State from over final 1500 entries yesterday. Their project beat over 20000 entries from all over Texas and making it through the Blue Ribbon round by being amongst the 12 best projects in the entire state of Texas! Their category was Physics and Astronomy.

HHD is a full-service health department that performs many enhanced functions to address health inequities.

Their services benefit all Houston residents, but we also take additional steps to support those most in need, such as low-income mothers and children, the elderly, and minority populations.We are a full-service health department that performs many enhanced functions to address health inequities.

Poetry Cafe - Apr 15

Attention students and teachers! Come showcase your artistic talents at this year's Poetry Cafe! Come ready to perform your spoken word, vocal or instrumental interpretations. Signup closes on April 4th, so be sure to fill out the Google Form before then.
