Those of you interested in schedule changes for next semester, listen carefully. The Google Form for Spring Semester Course Requests will be available tomorrow, December 2, 2024. The link to the form will be emailed to all students by lunchtime. We recommend students complete the form with their parents by their said or at least discuss their options. The form may only be filled out once and editing or changes are not allowed. The deadline is this Friday, December 6th at 2:00pm. If you have any questions, please contact your counselor before submitting the Google Form. Additional information will be included with the email to follow.
Students may NOT request to move to HADV/PRE-AP/AP level courses. Students may only request to move OUT of HADV/Pre-AP/AP courses. Note any requests will change your original schedule.
Keep in mind that your schedule will change/shift with any request made and approved. This means you may not have the same teachers and class periods as your original schedule.
**Request to move to another teacher or class period will not be honored.
Students will be allowed to submit ONE request and cannot edit once the form is submitted.
- Students must be logged into their HISD Google account to access the form
- Students will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of submitting the Google form
- If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam
- Still don't see the confirmation email, try submitting it again or contact your counselor ASAP
Requests MUST be submitted no later than DECEMBER 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The DEADLINE ensures the counselors have schedules ready for the first day of the new semester.
